Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the item for any customer within the European Union.
We are unable to accept returned products which have been damaged, since the initial shipment.
If the product has been damaged in transit, Mindsport Ltd will refund or resend the product to the customer. Mindsport Ltd will incur the transit costs of the item. In order for the refund or the resend process to happen, an activation code needs to be obtained. This can be done by emailing Mindsport at enquries@mindsportlive.com, in which you will also need to outline the grounds for your case.
